I really dislike how you just give the tea to the Brits without them paying for it. I should be able to make profits in both countries like a true businessman.
Best thing to do? Learn how to play the game by getting a character to general, then restarting to get your character to general the perfect way. No one says its easy, so don't be a ... wuss.
