First time I hit the ball, it bounced onto the wall and it got trapped in an endless loop bouncing between the two walls, just out of the AI's reach. Laughing my ass off xD
The scorpion breathing one, as pointed out by TalonKhan, is ridiculously annoying. The sensitivity is not there, and retrying the scene by having to redo the whole game was nearly annoying. The rest of the game (all the other 28 endings) more than made up for it though.
I played this 2 years ago or such, and I actually beat the game first time out within 10 minutes for each stage. Now I come back to this game 2 years later and I realise the timer is fake. I feel accomplished and cheated at the same time.
You can do level 16 the walkthrough way, or you can do it the super-fun way. For the super-fun way, click the werebox near the barrel to turn it into a ball. Detonate using the blue ball. Quickly spam the mouse button to try and turn the ball back into a werebox before it flies off. Then click the blue box. Voila!
There's a weird glitch with the endless falling level. Start falling, then continue falling downwards. Karoshi will flicker, but sooner or later the flickering will actually stop and you will see Karoshi falling downwards slowly. After that happens move him to the right, you will see him fall onto the spikes slowly. If you do this glitch, DON'T LET HIM FALL BELOW THE SPIKES because he will never appear at the top again. (It's not game-breaking [restart as per normal], but just for a bit of fun)
