Aside from the fact that music games are unplayable on slower machines without a larger window for hitting the right note, it seems like a ridiculous mistake to have holding down a key count as multiple key strokes. One missed hold note (or notes) and you've pretty much lost unless you lift your finger(s) up right away.
I don't think I've lost a single game that wasn't caused by the game freezing and then resuming without the balls actually stopping.
A shame, because it would otherwise be a fun little game.
Clever in its simplicity. I really enjoyed it.
I got 124 on my second go, so maybe that second badge is a little too easy, but I'm not complaining too much about that.
I thought I was being a bit unreasonable thinking less of the game when it seemed to force certain game conventions such as item collecting in what looked to be an original idea. When I reached the final boss, an incredibly tedious experience that really wasn't needed, it confirmed this is a missed opportunity.
A shame too, because I was actually fairly fond of this game until then.
Thank you for reminding me why games like this stopped being made 20 years ago. Although in those days, absurd difficulty was a ruse to get people to spend more quarters.
Aside from time, I'm not sure what this game is trying to get from me, because it certainly isn't offering anything worthwhile in the realm of enjoyment.
The only thing offensive about this game are the terrible controls and numerous bugs. I have yet to play a decent fighting game made with flash, and this continues the long standing tradition of garbage.
This game could have been a lot more fun with a better interface. I understand it's supposed to remind one of a guitar, but it's completely at odds with the shape of the keyboard and how your fingers are laid out.
They say that more than one critical bug is a huge detriment to a game. What do you call it when you encounter more than that?
I'd go back to playing this, but it's not worth putting up with my entire inventory disappearing or having my characters lose their skills.
