Nevermind, found it out. You go into the second room with the spikes, then when he comes up to you, you run and duck onto the switch which makes the spikes come down and kill him.

Anyone know how to get past the guy whos trying to eat you, when you get to the room with the barrels? (3rd door) When i go down to the exit door, he goes down. When i go back up to the entrance door, he goes up. HELP! D:
