So close to a great game.
1. It is still somewhat laggy. 2. I know it pops up, but it's not totally clear how to use abilities. (I worked it out; you click on a glowing one of your heroes and pick an ability. You need to get blocks to use.) 3. I cleared level 16. I want an ending of some sort for my victory. (I won, right?)
OK, I've scored 450,000 on Nightmare. Tips:
1. Hit the Daimyo as early as you can afford to. But you may need to build up your kill meter or find health spots before hitting him.
2. The upgrades I like best are multi-hit samurai, healing helpers, improved kill rate, and improved clones.
3. Go to the territories that upgrade ninjas and elites first; you won't see them until later in the game. Good luck to all!
OK, I won the game on Harder. It seems impossible when it doesn't go well, but once you get through the early to early-mid stage, you can just roll over the zombies.
Keys:
1. Lab early. You've got to move forward on the necessary lab things.
2. Enough farms early.
3. Recruit like mad. Stash all survivors at a base to make them soldiers.
4. Take chances early. If it goes badly, quit.
Nice things:
1. Hospitals are good, but in mine I didn't have a hospital until... I dunno, Day 35? The first one I got was near a corner.
Stay alert. You need to juggle a lot of things going wrong - happiness will go south, food will be dodgy, zombies will be eating your brains. It's rough. But it's doable.
Crashed with 22 million points and super-powered. Tips:
1. The game gets *much* easier once you get deep enough. I kept my human explorer with roughly even stats for each of the four properties until they were upwards of 140, then just jacked up strength. Magic's vital for the middle levels, but very deep, I'd just engage in crushing.
2. Strength works as a multiplier to damage. I was whacking things for 10000 damage. Good times.
3. Ice resistance is crucial once you get to the ice-knight chasers. I got my resistance to 125.
4. The swarm spells are terrific early.
5. Clear everything; you want to gain levels as much as possible.
Hope this is helpful.
I did a lot of research for deluxe office/senior worker but couldn't find them as options in my office space/worker areas.
Looks great if I can get it to work properly. Brilliant design.
I'm on level 156 hardcore; Hunter with Little Girl (w/shotgun) Ranger, and Rogue. Quick tip for hardcore: It gets easier. If you get past the 20's with well-modded weapons, you're a killing machine.
The reason this game is getting so many comments is that it's got the potential to be really tremendously great. Lightly better (and more) weapons at the shop would be a big help.
Good luck.
