The only level I had any trouble on was the Jumping one, but I eventually learned the order the chests go in. Great game! Congratulations on getting Badge of the day and I hope you continue to make great games like this in the future. Simple and sweet.
My greatest recommendation is to add a secondary key for the maces on Z, X, and C for control of the Paladog with one hand and the summonable troops on the other.
This game is amazing. I played it straight from start to finish. I can't wait to see how the game evolves and to see when it gets badges. Now, for my achievements.. Gotta figure out this Dragon Egg one.
I love this game. It's so simplistic, yet once you accumulate things you learn strategies to keep yourself alive, and the enemies at bay.
I'm sure it's been said before, but some sort of way to replay old levels would be awesome. Maybe the flags get boxes around them just to go back for fun? Would be cool to see the Lord go against my new equips.
I am LOVING this game. I'm pretty sure I've bought all the upgrades at this point and am at the end, but I can't bear to click that button before making wonderful, beautiful rings of tato.
Personally, I find that this, like many flash games, leaves much to be desired. It's not a bad game, but it does have a lack of progression. The game goes easy peasy until the last level when you are suddenly overwhelmed. This is a sequel? Add branching skill sets, or more options. I feel like right now the only option is to grind my linear characters to their Max. Gets boring after a while.
I've read that the weaker fleet attacks first. With 110 health a piece, I was well weaker than that 300 hp fleet that ambushed me without a chance. I wouldn't mind a bit more information behind this game to help the player understand how they're supposed to win.
So I continue to have the same bug again and again. I kill one enemy ship, then the other two shoot. They use their points, then the points magically return and the only thing I can do is end my turn or flee. Despite having the necessary AP I cannot attack or anything. This thus makes the game unplayable, as you'll understand my inability to kill my enemies is a significant damper on the fun. Sorry. Fix the bugs and it'll be much better, maybe add a description for what all these things actually do.
D'oh.... I spent all day getting the hard badge, thinking it was the Badge of the Day for later this week. Wrong badge >.> I just needed to beat the campaign, not all of endless mode.
This game is so ridiculously laggy it almost ruins the fun. ._. I have all three settings off. I can play any other game with little problem. What the heck.
Stop freezing >.>
The raw amount of grinding in order to just reach 50,000 feet makes the game move too slow. It's not different at all per launch, and it feels like you're just trying to make me play the game longer. It's not a bad game, but it doesn't move swiftly enough.
I think it would be interesting if the stats remained in the top right corner, and when you re-did an old action it would still say (although without the sounds) what reaction you got. Possibly smaller and in the corner as well.
Sadly, this isn't a very well built game. It's got the essentials of a great game, but none of the surplus elements that make a game amazing. The ability to backtrack your character (Skill points and evolutions) should be much more integrated. Going backwards an evolution should allow you to move forward in a different direction of evolution, like towards Behemoth instead of Nidhogg. Selling should be an aspect in the shop, and items should have a few moments of cooldown to stop accidental use. I've done this too many times, and each takes stones from me that you don't recieve when you die. All together, this has potential, but needs more work. Very good job so far.
The ending of this game is really quite drawn out. I can't say I'm a fan of how utterly repetitive the grinding in the game gets. The bonus missions give poor rewards in comparison to their difficulty, and even with runes and many upgrades so many levels can be lost due to just poor luck. Not very fair, and not very fun.
I can't even play this game. They directions stick and continue to push me in directions after I release the key. I've died far too many times to just shrug this little glitch off. Sorry.
