It's a little frustrating that sometimes it'll just give me a win even though I died, but then I won't get an upgrade on that planet because of it. Not sure if it just sets me behind by one or actually permanently prevents me from getting some of them. I feel like their should be another nuke upgrade since there was another support upgrade, but I can't get it.
Can't believe people are complaining about this being too hard, I just finished all the missions and maxed everything in about twenty minutes... Not saying it's bad though, fun little diversion. Wouldn't mind playing more like this.
There's something very wrong with the update, because either vents are not venting near as much as they say they do, or power cells are producing way more heat than they say they do. When I have a double dolorium cell that produces 6.3B heat per tic, and an ultimate heat vent that drops 6.4B heat per tic, it shouldn't get any heat, but it explodes after about 2 seconds. There was nothing else on the screen (aside from some capacitors on the bottom of the screen to increase vent efficacy).
In regards to my last post, I've replaced every one of the highest level reactor plate with the lowest instead, and everything's the same except that instead of having heat balance in the millions, it's balancing in the hundreds. This is the biggest oversight I've noticed, and everything would flow so much more smoothly and logically if exchangers just prioritized pumping heat into vents before anything else.
The heat exchangers really should put the maximum amount of heat that vents can eject into them. I didn't realize they weren't doing that and I was suddenly able to handle way more heat production by simply putting vents directly on power cells instead of using intricate setups with heat exchangers and coolant tanks.
I finished 29 of the missions but three of them won't go away so I can't do one of them. Guess I should have done mission 26 (shoot 999 bottles) before facing Machinegun Smith. Pretty sure it's number 27 that I haven't seen, I don't even know what it is.
Kickass game, I second the suggestion of the graphics button, but you already said the problem was deeper so I trust that'll be better soon whether there's a graphics button or not. Great work.
Real shame, I enjoyed the first two chapters and was excited to get to the end, but I can't handle this much lag. I'm using Windows 7, latest google chrome. The lag is so bad I had to retype this several times because I finished typing the comment before it registered any letters, and of course I made some typos.
