For those of you who are having problems getting swarmed, here is a workaround. Assuming you have already done your resource run, you can make 1 half of your ship only weapons and few collectors, with the other half being regen,shields, and fuel tanks. At the start of the level go to the left or right edge of the screen so the only part of your ship seen is your weapon side. What way you limit the dmg you take and with enough regens you can be at full hp by the time you're at the boss. Just take into account that you wont be able to collect almost anything useful, so take some extra fuel tanks if needed.
@df12341 Mainly because there is a live chatroom(4 total) that can answer all your questions and posting a comment is pretty much useless. Also there is a forum that the devs actually look at, as opposed to the comments here. :)
