Managed to freeze and lose my game while playing with kings. Assigned a king to Wealth 1 (buy 1000 up to 100,000), assigned to Wealth 2 (buy 1, not sure if I set a limit), recalled king from Wealth 1, tried to recall king from Wealth 2 but couldn't. At that point my incoming wasn't ticking anymore... Refreshed page and my save is gone. At least I was only a couple days in.
Did you enable auto backup before playing with the provost kings? If so, you should be able to restore. Also, if you did, can you send me the game you had so I can try to reproduce this?
Also, if you let the game sit there after getting some or all of the crew back, the oxygen keeps counting down, and eventually everyone dies anyways...
*SPOILERS* My main problem with the storyline is that the two critical pieces of information you need to get by letting people panic are needed by the very people that know them to start with. Bill brings you a problem the answer to which only Bill knows, and Jackie brings you a problem the answer to which only Jackie knows. For the 'make them panic until they tell you key information' thing to make any sense whatsoever, you should switch who knows the two pieces of information!
OK, right after my previous comment I hit a training center, and hadn't realized how much gold I had built up. Both attack and defense are over a million. I guess I need to reload the page and... not do so well next time?
The percentage based training in the new version is more OP than anything in the previous versions could ever hope to be... I'm shortly going to break the 100,000 attack mark. So, about that reset button...
Went to sleep after the major update, bad idee :P should have tested it first. not good XD going to tweak it further. And ye reset button is in progress aswell! :)
At the Easy level, you can't buy Super Cruisers or either Battleship, and enemy levels go 1->2->3 etc.. At Medium, you can but Super Cruisers, and enemy levels go 10->20->30 etc. At Hard, you can buy every ship, but enemy levels go 100->200->300 etc. At the rate I'm currently gaining XP it's going to take *months* of idling to get to a high enough level to beat hard.
Since the instructions are translated so poorly: It's 'Battleship'. Except there's a 1 space piece, so it's even more luck based than the original. You also can't rotate your pieces. You can also see which square you hit on the enemy piece, making it easy to wipe them out, which makes it even more based on the luck of finding the 1 square piece.
Unless there's some sort of hidden coins, the total coin count on level 6 is high by 1, which stops you from getting two achievements. Also on level 6, car brakes are spelled 'brake' not 'break' :)
You don't click on the yellow pivots, you surround them. If you really want it to be a corner, always click a little outside so it's in the wood, and they'll work fine.
There appear to be 4 requirements for gold:
1) Kill all the squares.
2) Collect all the stars.
3) Don't take any damage.
4) Don't exit the level until your score has finished counting up after collecting the last star.
That last one is the one a lot of people are missing, I think. Especially on levels 1, 2, and 4.
Hi there. You're not likely to get a very high rating since you are the third or fourth user to upload the tower defense from this same tutorial (http://www.rebound-games.com/?page_id=216), but it's a great base to work from. If you work to make it different from the others (beyond just removing the other level) you could have a great game on your hands.
This is merely a tech demo, to test the performance of other nitbits of the engine.
I made various coding improvements, as well as upgraded the water compared to the others.
I appreciate your comment though, and I highly plan on increasing its playability with "Unique" Game Play.
So... finally being upgraded enough to do a perfect run out to 2000m (which nets you around $1500), and your reward is... you have to do it 9 more times to afford the vulcan upgrade before you're allowed to progress further. I bet that entire (growing) block of 2050-2080 scores on the top distances board is people giving up at this point.
For the horizontal movement in the last level, don't think of it as jumping between the two mines to the side, think of it as jumping *over* the lower one. Start and stop level with it, as if it was on the ground next to you. Got through it on my second try after I figured that out.
