I have a suggestion. At the end of each round a timer begins, when that timer ends a new map will begin, and anyone who remains in the lobby until the timer runs out will stay in your group for the next map.

Suggestion: After each game ends a new one will begin in thirty seconds with anyone from your previous match that stayed.
