can you do the speedrun secret quest multiple times?

there is a bug where below a certain the amount of food income you have untill you get past the point that your food is one extra 0 ( example if you have 3000 income you wont start getting 3000 a second untill u have 10000 total) this is sometimes super annoying as its causing that first few seconds to only be gaining around half of the amount you should be getting

hmm dose your efficiency in your hardware make a difference ? also if not you should make it that you get a boost in either income or speed the higher your efficency
