tbh, it's a decent game. Only thing is that when you get really big (lvl 60), there's not much to do and you seem to obliterate anyone else. Think about re-balancing some stats. Decent game, 3.5 / 5
Hm, significant improvement both gameplay-wise and graphically, i like it. Btw, is this something you will work on for a bit of time? I'd like to see where this will go.
Also, i saw a earlier post about a level editor, and i looked through your response and saw a "PlinkyPlinky II: Plinkagon Heights; is that something you are actually working on, or was it a joke?
It was mostly a joke. PlinkyPlinky will always be dear to my heart, and it was most definitely a labor of love. A sequel isn't out of the question, but it will likely be after I have some experience as a professional dev at my new job under my belt. It also depends on how hard I get worked at the new gig - I may be too mentally exhausted from coding all day to want to work on a side project.
Most likely not - the plays have slowed to a crawl and I'll be starting a new job. If there are, it will be after I write a full set of unit/integration tests and refactor the code. I just have to decide if I'd rather spend that time on a new project instead.
Cookie Clicker has the prestige system involving getting a heckton of cookies, then ''soft-resetting (not wiping all data, but all of your upgrades, structures, and cookies, but not your achievements)'' the game to get heavenly chips that increase your cookie efficiency by 2% each. Still, that's about as basic as a prestige system can get.
Yeah, you know, like when you reset the game you get a percentage increase in value to everything (coins, ores, diamonds, etc), like for every 10 Titanium you can get a +2% increase in value of every collectible.
With all the idle games coming out, it's impossible to say which ones that are actually good, but this one? Oh lord, is it good. I know it isn't a full game yet, but when it is, i would really like to see this game get updated with even more new content; say, how big is the development team for this game?
Me. Well, I think the person who did the music is actually on board with producing stuff for my games in future too which is awesome. But it's literally just me.
Should mention I have my partner and a few close friends doing beta testing for me, which really helps, thank you beta testers <3
Thanks for your feedback! We are planning to keep working on this project to create new content based on players feedback.
