Definitely needs a backspace function so you don't have to redo the entire word if you misclick. Also, being able to use the keyboard would be nice; I'm not sure how you would do this since there are doubles of letters, but I got really tired of clicking everything really fast. Only lasted two levels.
The game has absolutely nothing to do with minesweeper ... the only similar thing is that you click tiles. But no marking tiles, no numbers to tell you what's around you, no strategy at all, just click around until you find the boss guy. And since your guy fights by himself, that's ALL you do, click a few tiles. Boring game.
It would be nice to be able to sell your towers for a full refund at the very beginning before you start the waves coming, during the setup period. It's annoying to get mostly set up and then click the wrong tower and have to just restart rather than be able to just remove that one tower.
Gotta love it ... one normal turtle left, and three penguins sit running into an L-shaped patch of bushed for a third of their health until they all die and I fail the level. Give them enough AI to go around obstacles, ffs.
Great game, but needs a restart level button. I'll somtimes go wandering around just to see what happens and then want to be back at the beginning and I can't just rest it.
Game was fun until I got a glitch and was stuck traveling permanently. I tried to attack a city, and it said "You attack [whatever city it was]! Charge!" and the only button was "Go", so I clicked it and it made me travel like I was just going to that city, except the time to city counter was going into the negatives and the distance stayed at 0km. Very annoying, and killed my interest for the game.
@asert333: Some of us like to listen to music while we play games or do something else that requires our computer's sound but don't want to hear the game's music/sounds, so you don't have to be an ass about it. I still rated Fisdu down, though, because there is a mute button in the options screen.
Fun game, but it seems like the difficulty is sort of spotty ... it doesn't really ramp up to the end. Some of the later levels were the easiest in the game.
That's sort of stupid that quiting doesn't save your high score. I was over 5 million points and had no idea if there was an ending or not since there's nothing that says if there is one, and I didn't want to die since getting hit takes off so many points, so I quit ... only to see my high score stay at the few hundred thousand from my first try. Maybe be more clear on what the actual goal of the game is. There are some running games that just go on until you die, and I still have no idea if this is one of them.
Screw this game. Lack of a reset button and not putting the mute button until you get into the actual game killed whatever little enjoyment it might have had for me. I'm not even bothering to get the easy or medium badges.
So let me get this right ... there's a simple three number combination to a safe and my life depends on getting that safe open, but I can't remember it by myself? I can't just sit there for a couple minutes and make damn sure I memorized it? I have to write it down? Sort of weak.
