What a spectacular idea for a game! I speedrun Super Metroid, and this game was an absolute treat. The story was actually interesting for such a small game! Would love to see some more planets added to explore :)
00:11:19? I think I can improve that time.
Ahh, CCG's are the new flavour of the week. There's a new HearthClone out every other day. And they're getting people with buying packs with Kreds. RIP.
Holy pay to win. Use Kreds to just draw your best cards? Sweet, take the skill out of it lol. It's alright, these Hearthclones shouldn't last too long.
Hi Jaundice, thanks for commenting. While we honestly do not think this is a pay to win game at all, we can still have these kind of products available to use to the users who want and need to, besides that's a feature that's only usable while in PvE mode, which doesn't unbalance or make it unfair to any player, no harm done here. On the other hand, we kindly have to disagree on the whole "Hearthclone" point. If you noticed, we have always created TCG's (quite a long time before Hearthstone even got shipped), so that's really not a valid point to be honest. Anyways, we encourage you to advance to reach Stages higher than your current one and you will really see how the game really is, perhaps you will change your point of view. Thanks for playing!
Did anyone notice that the level descriptions are just ramblings of a salty employee whose boss doesn't speak or understand English and was apparently underpaying the guy?
This is definitely my favorite idle game on Kongregate. It's not overflowing with stuff to do, but it also has enough to keep you occupied. The artwork is awesome, and the new UI is fantastic. This is an example of idle done properly!
The paragon progression is painfully slow in an otherwise charming idle game. I rather enjoy the entire thing, but resets feel like they have little value, as you get bonus to DPS, but not gold dropped - which I get it, it relies on items - but since the change is so small it feels insignificant, and it feels like I simply reset with no real gain.
That feel when the gummies always perfectly leave gaps so you just slow down to a crawl then you make a measly 250-500 per run and the level 2 upgrades cost 2x+ as much as the initial upgrade to pester you into either watching ads or purchasing things with Kreds.
You know, it's NinjaKiwi, so the overall quality is great, but it looks like they fell into the "Let's make a highly profitable Pay2Win base building game," and I'm sure people will dump time and money into this for a few months, maybe a year, and then it'll fall apart just like the rest of them.
I enjoyed this quite a bit. The upgrades are satisfying and not a pain in the ass to farm, the difficulty I felt was a bit lacking, but I have a penchant for bullet hell shooters, so honestly after beating Mushihimesama Futari, anything is a walk in the park :P, the quests added end game replayability. 4/5!
Glad you like it :)
