On the inkt levels I couldnt even move out of the first before getting caught - this seems a little broken - no matter how quickly i plotted a path or where that path went... Perhaps I am missing something here - but as a long time flash game player amongst other things if I am missing something it would suggest that this has not been built in a manner that is 1 - intuitive, 2 - understandable or 3 - playable. As an advertisement you have convinced me not to buy the console version if it is released - take some time and effort to make the teaser flash version playable.
Great idea - one of the nicest side scrolling rpg / adventure style games I've seen in a long time - unfortunately having to restart at least once every section really detracted from the experience.
Here are the quiz answers that led me to the Evil Counsel ending.
Crab, The World, Entertaining, She secretly hops she will meet the man again, Is that a German word?, Yes but it's not my priority right now. = Evil Council.
There seems to be different endings for different answers to the quiz... My answers gave me Evil Counsel and a different ending video than Tasslefoot'd walkthrough video shows (which was Wretch).
I must have crazy logic since I actually found it not too bad. A few retries where I had missed an item or two but not the shocker I was led to expect. Short & sweet - almost worth the retries too - just to see the many things that will kill poor bugzy.

Personally i <3 this game. A beautifully executed game where simplistic design and mechanics meet a great concept.
I didnt actually find too many of the dots that difficult - except for usually the last dot of each evolution - which is quite possibly how it should be. I found a a few of the falls challenging (after you gain wings) which served to keep the game interesting. Which is a little funny - as I am generally not the best at platform style games.. XD
I can see not too many people understand / remember retro gaming - where a lot of the difficulty was the nearly precise timing and movement.
In response - at this time the second highest rated comment - difficultly can be based around any game element and serve to keep an audience interested. The idea that simple actions should not be difficult applies to games where the simple action is not the actual basis of the difficulty / game.
Personally I were challenging as well (after you gain wings) which served to keep to standard rising and the game interesting. Which is funny - as I am generally not the best at platform style games requiring precise movement... XD
Part 3-CAUTION!!! displayed when you enter the room means there is a mob in there outside your level range - the mob will be ????? on sight - and most likely much too difficult and or time consuming to be worth trying.
Doubt this will even be seen with Kong's new comment system.

Part 2-There is an actual list of the potion effects on the guide site - however really the only useful info i gleaned was archangel = bonus hp and sp for limited time and revive if you die while under its effect... must take archangel before death.
Rejuvenation potions are awesome - especially past the beginning of the game - instant refill of hp & sp - only through gained through composition or chests.
The 3000 gold quest in chapter 2 seems to always give a blade - if you do not use blades probably not a high priority for you (however by this stage with high luck and drop it really shouldn't be too hard to get 3000 gold quickly)MAP - blue rooms are end of areas - pink/purple rooms are boss rooms...
WEAPONS
Axe - slow, high damage, slightly increased range.
Sword - about medium (i think it is slightly faster than medium), medium, medium.
Blade - fast, low damage, close range.
Luck = chance of rare chest dropping
(Use composition to increase drop rate and have high luck - and you will get good gear and enough composition stones to have great gear most of the time... also will pick up tomes on a reasonably regular basis = bonus)
MUST do lvl 1 composition before Lvl 2 and so forth - I know it says it on the composition help screen for weapons - but still.
There is no inn or anywhere to regain hp outside potions, natural regeneration (which is slow without any bonuses or composition skills) - The hp gain on kill composition becomes very good further into the game, after a section can go slaughter low level mobs, refill hp, pick up some rares and maybe a tome, potions and stones for composition....
Also got stuck on level 13 - if you manage to get enough sushi to get very large you can just bounce around.... first drop - full belly and only 8 pieces left - but I he hasnt managed to squeeze to the bottom yet
I don't really call half of the wasd system unusual controls. There is a jump (yep no button) but stop complaining over nothing. All that happened is that an interesting game was made to be more challenging - think old school arcade or even console (Wii has lot harder controls on some games than this is).
But then again - I guess most people aren't up for a challenge....
