game would benefit from an equipment/loot system - something like, instead of boss stones bosses have a chance to drop an actual item, and you have 2-5 slots for equipment, and it gives + various stats... and if you don't want them, can sell them for boss slime stones to afford upgrades. I think this would add RNG and make the game more exciting to play
I would like to add this. I have only done it once before so I am not super great at making it effectively so it will take me a while to program it all. It is definitely on the chopping board though!
I think sneak should be buffed - I'm 1-shotting everything under 1km but it only sneaks past 3 slimes so far. Sneak mechanic should be about skipping irrelevant mobs, atm it does very little of that.
Another thought: it might feel more rewarding if the bosses gave more exp and gold, or a key, or any sort of bonus earning (if you don't want to change balance, you could lower overall earnings to add them as boss rewards). Thanks for the scaling quicker levelling, I was feeling a bit stalled up at lvl 90 and this feels a lot nicer, regular progression.
Thanks a lot for the updates, each one has made this a better game - I am happy with the auto resurrect, too. I saw someone else mention the "corpses absorb one arrow" bug which crops up regularly, I also noticed it happened gradually, as the game gets slower the longer it runs. Also, the smaller enemies (little green dudes) do it first, and then all other enemy models also do it. I hope this helps you fix it - thanks for all the hard work!
Bug whenever I resurrect: the first wave is really hard. example: I do 164 dmg per hit, die at wave 50. Come back wave 30, enemies take 6 shots to kill, and hit me really hard - I barely survive, make it to wave 31, and enemies die in 2 hits. Previous time, came back to wave 30, died again because enemies were too strong - went back to wave 10 and the enemies were as strong as a normal wave 30. Once again, on wave 11 they were as strong (or weak) as expected.
Thanks for the game! First comment, already said by another player but - on tier two, square two's value seems lower than it should be.
Second - I prestiged once (as soon as I could), then on second playthrough I went to Tier 3 and now I'm on Tier 3 with $15B and still can't prestige. I assume I will have to wait until I have 50B for that to be available - which takes horrendously long at the moment, and I can't do anything to speed it up. If I'd known, I would have prestiged at Tier 2 (as I feel kinda stuck right now). My point is: it would be good to either have more information/warning on this, or a way to just prestige for 0, to avoid this.
