To Tessa1111: What do you mean your units don't stay upgraded? Once you Upgrade your Training Battalion Unit Skills then they are permanent which is the only way to upgrade your units...
To Maru55: You can use any amount to plunder a player city. Scout them first before sending your troops there to see how many soldiers they have. Then just send 20% more troops than they have or more.
