You guys talk to your consumers, you not only read the suggestions given by the gamers but you also respond to them, you treat your consumers like human beings instead of targets for marketing, you created a game that is fun to play and does not consume a large amount of time, you update regularly to keep everyone happy and interested, you fix bugs so that the game runs smoothly, and, finally, you guys communicate with the game's audience as people, not superiors.
