Thank you. I was so used to the old game where the action continues while you're upgrading that I didn't take the time to look around the upgrade screen. Incidentally, I think Radiance is a percentage increase to damage taken from all sources.
I'd love to be able to click on the big pixel square to collect less than all of them. My OCD dislikes having a few Gen 1 pixels left over but it's impossible to catch it at exactly the right number.
LOL. Auto-click protection? It told me I wasn't allowed to click as fast as I was clicking - using 4 fingers on mouse and touch-pad I got over 17 clicks per second.
But for level 5-9 this would be a 5-star game. It has brought me back day after day to finish a few more stars. 5-9 seems to be impossible. There are 2 choices for how to finish it and both cross the streams.
So, not only do you still not support mouse wheel scrolling, you decided to stop supporting scrolling at all!
My rating has dropped from 5 stars, awesome game, to 3 stars. It may drop further as the usability here is just awful.
You didn't get here by having flashy unusable graphics. You got here with quirky comments, developer involvement, and addictive "Just one more click" gameplay. Now I'm getting carpal tunnel syndrome just finding my place in a menu screen.
@Kailen4: They put those things in there because people were demanding a way to support the developers (hence the expensive option which does nothing for your game). It's not desperation to win that inspires people to pay Kreds but a desire to say "Thanks and keep going!" to the developers.
Because I haven't seen this comment for a while and lots of people keep on asking the same thing.
The different businesses have different multipliers - each one costs more than the previous purchase but it's not the same amount between businesses.
The Lemonade stand is the cheapest at the start and it has the lowest multiplier (1.07) so it always remains the cheapest for the same number of businesses.
For the rest of them the multiplier starts at 1.15 for Newspapers, goes to 1.14 for the car wash and drops by .01 for each business until Bank's multiplier is 1.08 and the Oil Company is 1.07 again.
What this means is somewhere around 280 units the cost of the various businesses reverse. Oil becomes the cheapest to increase and Newspapers become the most expensive.
Newspaper bonuses are there to compensate for this.
If you're trying to get to 900 of every business then the vast bulk of the cost will be in Newspapers - 200 times more than the nearest competitor.
Angel Investors spent are spent forever. Their improvements only last for the current game. Be careful about spending large quantities of them because when you reset they are gone and so is the benefit you got from them.
Something went wrong with my calculations overnight. In 9 or so hours I earned 200 nonillion dollars. That's with 35bil Angel Investors, Oil at 650 (229Sept/cycle), everything else at 400+ so oil is travelling at 4.5seconds per cycle. Other things add up to roughly 25% of Oil.
In 9 hours I should have earned about 2.25 nonillion. I got 100 times that.
My all-time earnings went from 60 nonillion to 260 nonillion. My Angel investors available went to 40bil or so.
I've just reset to double my speed. In the time it has taken me to write this comment I've already I've already managed to get my empire back to almost double the earning speed it was before the hiccup. I love it. My quest for a decillion is well on its way (needed to get to 500+ for all items) but I thought you might like to know.
So where's the tipping point? At what point does each resource become cheaper than the one before it and when does Oil become the cheapest thing in the world?
Oil becomes cheaper than the bank at 268, and the cheapest of all at 276.
But you've already spent a lot on it by then.
It's cheaper to get Oil to 282 than it is to get the bank to 282.
It's cheaper to get Oil to 287 than it is to get anything other than the Lemonade stand to that value.
