Ummm.... I just found out trading costs fuel. That's not a terrible idea, but I found the fuel cost to be too expensive. Trading shouldn't just be about high level weapons and gear. It would help interaction if low lvls could trade a few necessary resources without such a high fuel cost. Crafting starts at 1 or 2 fuel and ramps up from there, why can't trading?
