This game starts out veeeeeeery slow - but once you get up a few levels (I actually just shut it down for a few hours came back when my stuff was full built housing rinse repeat for a few days) and gain some of the possible upgrades it gets better - there ARE balance issues but to some extent they are workaroundable with time. my biggest issue is that the warrior should have some type of taunt or something mobs just go for the cleric first more often than not
For those who are having issues with getting other family members (like me) it seems to be a bug in the game - I eventually 'FINALLY' started getting the family member quests after basically completing the rest of the game saving and reloading several times. I don't think it's anything I missed doing I believe the family quests just didn't show up - I'd played about 150 days before getting the first one.
Ok - I've gotten 5 stars, 100 approval, all of the achievements except persuasive and accessable - I have yet to get any more family members other than the 3 that you get from the start and the 'father' you get like 3 days in. wth am I missing?
