For people who might be complaining about the loading time: this game has lots of cutscenes and audio clips which make it somewhat heavy.
Trust me though, it's absolutely worth it. ;)
Interesting concept. Movement should be triggered more easily because sometimes I didn't quite feel my actions had any effect and it took a while to realize which particular movement did what. Anyway, keep it up, it's great so far.
This was really good and I felt it was too short. I think that it would be even more awesome if you gave more insight into actual surgeries and like, had the player read a manual or take a tutorial before the actual surgeries so that they rely on their knowledge and not instructions. On that point, they should be also allowed to use the wrong tools on more advanced missions with, naturally, horrible effects (yay for extra gore). And the last mission should force you to use all the tools possible without any guidance. :)
One last thing that I think is essential to avoid all those angry comments is making the player choose their quality even before the main menu because I was very frustrated when the saw got stuck in level 4. (apparently there's a bug when you are "treating" the leg and change to another tool)
I liked the game very much. What was explained in this episode is actually one of the methods through which any human (and some other complex enough animals) acquires new knowledge about the world they live in.
