Needs: speed up button, some indication of how many waves there are, information on each of the "baddies" and the Boss, more variation in tower types, skills points to adjust things like tower costs and amount of mana. Definitely a good start!
Not bad. I don't mind having to collect the money, though including some way to upgrade the range of the mouse would be great. What's tedious for me is having to select a tower multiple times if I want to place it. Most games use Shift or CTRL to allow you to place more then one of the same tower. Also, so far, my strategy has been to use the lowest tower, without upgrading, & nothing else. Yes, I end up w/ a lot of them, but they work.
Pretty basic design. Needs speed up & indication of how many levels/waves there are. Would be nice to get a "bonus" for starting a level/wave early & be able to sell towers. Not sure if it's a bug, but the Water Tower upgrades go from $10 to $15 & back to $10.
Only played a couple levels so far, but it looks great! Love the art work. Seems I benefited from others by not playing until now. ;) Only thing that would be great to see is a Next Wave option.
This is a very promising game that I think just needs a few improvements.
There needs to be an in-game tutorial that explains things like Cakes = Life & when & how ingredients are used. Is there a reason you can't get additional cakes after so many waves? I also didn't notice any notification when I had received skill points; I just clicked on the Update Skill button to see what was there & saw I had points.
Love that the debt is an option now! I saw no end in sight before. Still loving it, but it would be great if it could keep track of how many extra turns have been earned. There are many times when I get a 4 or 5, then get another 4 or 5 on my extra turn or as combos are made. That second (or third or forth) doesn't garner any extra turns.
Not bad, but could use lots of improvements: Option to speed up waves (it shouldn't take 20 minutes to complete 20 waves on a relatively fast computer), faster mana generation, differential experience earning (for example: 1 xp for low level monsters, 2 for middle, 3 for high), option to buy more Warriors (or whatever they're called), lower costs for upgrades &/or faster accrual of gold (also, why did it stop giving gold at the end of rounds starting at Level 5?). I think that's about all I can think of right now. Overall, good game. Certainly way better than some I've tried.
