I hate this game.
Make a move which incapacitates the AI's gold and you can see them physically strapping for cash by hovering over their towns? Nah man, they got the money printer going brrrr and now you have a deathstack of knights at your base, destroying you.
Try to maintain maintain a tower on a 1 tile flanked by wooded areas? NOPE. The AI circles around somehow and takes your provinces and your tower is utterly useless even with a spearmen/knight, which you'll now lose because lmao gold.
Managed to get a small army going and keep your flanks secured so you can advance? Nope! Because the AI decides to take ONE TILE you lose your entire army to rebellion and not a thing you can do about it besides rewind or restart.
The devs for this are clearly of the people. They understand the suffering of not having automerge/converge when you do x25 levels. So many games just let it blow past the x25 interval and you end up with funky numbers like 27 or 28 because you already had two to three levels in place.
Actually, I am an arcade enthusiast and was thinking of making a, one of a kind cabinet with my game in it! Complete with custom side art and light up marquee. That would be so cool and lots of fun to build :)
oh yeah, and the dragonflys, dear god the dragonflys. You will lose more hair trying to shoot those bastards out of the sky then you would dealing with impossible to kill bosses in Guild Wars.
Hey there, I can totally implement that, thanks for the suggestion :)
