For the game administrators - you seem to keep playing with the settings (easy-hard etc). Whatever your last tweak was, it has made the game freeze on level 5-3 everytime I've played for the last 2 days. Maybe you should set the game back to the settings it had 4 or 5 years ago.
When the game freezes go to the main menu, then go to continue and see that the game seconds are ticking off, then go back to the main menu and hit quit. This will make sure your game score is saved.
