When i get a 20X combo with the self-healing ability I don't get healed, it takes somewhere around 5 more enemies to get the heal. Intentional or flaw?

There is a SERIOUS Glitch, which makes the game ridiculously hard. Since I obtained this Glitch, any weapon I try to fire, no mattr how many bullts areinthe clip, I reloads aer 1 shot.
