7 is stupidly broken for Chrome. I spun it around for a good minute, switched to Edge and had it done in ten seconds.

Maybe you have the old version cached in Chrome, that's why it's not working?

After the very first level when I've pressed the "next" button, the game doesn't move on. It starts to transition to the next level (curtains closing, if that makes sense) and I can still hear the music and fireworks going off but I never get to the next level. I'm on the latest version of Chrome and Windows 10.
