This is legitimately one of the worst optimized pieces of garbage I've ever seen on this site. This game is absolute crap. How can something this simplistic run like total crap on a rig that can run the latest high-end titles without a glitch? What special kind of mental deficiency went into programming this?

Yeah, everyone's already said it, but I'm throwing this out there anyway: The ally A.I. is idiotic. It's damned difficult to try and get some of the side quests finished because of how stupid it is (breaking off a winning fight to chase a much faster enemy, refusing to fire on enemies at optimal range and instead running to another area, etc).

I was originally going to give this game four stars, but I have decide that two is more than enough. The revive bar needs more work considering the fact that it routinely fails to register an accurate hit, even going so far as to fail in the middle of the red. The Hydras are fundamentally broken due to there being no invincibility frame when you get up from knockdown, doing almost half of my health at 110 percent bonus before I can get another swing in. Also, the fact that they knock you into the air high enough that there are several seconds of "dead air" is sort of bothersome. Game needs polish, but is at least good for a distraction.

You know, I went into this expecting a Dead Space ripoff, but it's actually not a bad little combination of elements from Dead Space, Alien, H.P. Lovecraft (Especially the obsession with Yellow) and Event Horizon. Not bad at all. I'd like to see a sequel to this in the future. I love Berzerk studios.

I'm enjoying the game, but is there some reason every bloody time I leave the game and come back, it insists on saying my name is Justin? Also, what's the point of being able to change my Soldier appearance if it doesn't appear in the game? I always end up with the generic Soldier colors.

This is just poorly made and not terribly fun. The graphics are absolutely hideous, the gameplay feels stiff, the hit box on the zombies is atrocious and it is exceptionally buggy. With some polish, it could be a good game, but as it stands? It's just not enjoyable. I'll stick to the real Dead Pixels on Xbox Arcade.

I honestly think that complete randomization of both unit position and skill activation negates the bloody point of a Chain Reaction game. You can't consistently trigger the chain reactions you might need to pass a level, and it sometimes leads to defeat. I've destroyed the last boss twice, but both times I was "defeated" because none of the projectiles ever came close to any of the three stars. The game is fun, but I don't think it's worth the frustration involved.

This game isn't what I'd call "fun". I don't see the point of being able to level up at all if there's no sense of accomplishment. Enemies level with you, so every single fight is just as abusively hard as the last, and the fact that you'll A: Always be outnumbered, and B: Always have to deal with cheap BS (I'm looking at you, Aetherguards and Infiltrators) just means it's not fun. This just feels like a boring grind.

Just have to say, I love this game. It's fun, it's addictive, it's well made and I just can't stop playing it. My only complaints are that Survival is sort of hard to get cash on after a certain point, and there aren't any achievements yet. Either way, 5/5.

I love zombie games, but this is just...Broken. It COULD be fun, and really should be fun, but the randomized events vary between terrible and pointless. Having to retake the same city every thirty seconds is driving me insane, and I have to say that the freezer failure/factory malfunction? Two of the biggest "Screw You" scenarios I've seen in a game in recent memory. It's just not fun to lose a huge chunk of your income and have to reupgrade, or to buy a bunch of zombies only to have half of what you purchased thrown right out the window without a thought. Just not fun.

I don't normally comment on games, but this time I just felt the need to. This game has potential, in some ways, but it's bogged down by a couple of problems. For one thing, making a game challenging and making a game painful are two very different things, and I think that the enemies growing in number as well as getting buffs is a bit off putting. It feels like you're being punished for beating a province. It isn't so much a tactical game play mechanic as it is deciding which way you want to lose. And at least scale the silver reward somewhat better for higher difficulty enemies. Beating a stack of 18 enemies who cost me about a fifth of my health shouldn't only four experience and two silver. It just makes it harder to level up and actually survive. Like I said, the game has potential, but I just think it could be a bit less merciless in some ways.

I've enjoyed the game, mostly, but I do have to complain that there are some odd bugs with the environmental objects/some of the items on the floor. I ended up having to quit the game because of the fact that I hit one of the spider web-like cracks on the floor of the last level, and actually ended up unable to move at all. Basically ruined what was otherwise a perfect run through up until that point.

I think the "Bonus: More Things" and "Even more things" modifiers add more objects to hit. More burning objects, at least.
