Sorted it, If anyones having the saem problem just re-do stack 10 stack 20 and stack 40 and you get all the badges.

I did all the stacks before the badges were on here now i cant get the badges?

Best way to do 300 spartans on any mode is maxing out the grenade launcher (hopefully you'll buy it) then the rest is gunmen. HAVE FUN! post it again if it worked.
