Name: Josquin Desprez “JD”

Background: Josquin is a Nello puppet carved from materials unknown. His purpose is to destroy, but after the war between Humans and the unlike (Elves, Vampire etc) a portion of his Mask was broken, when the essence floated free from the break in the mask, the puppet began to think, wonder, and wander. While the rest of the Nello puppeteers were sealed at the end of the war, “JD” wandered the scape of the land, seeking to become a whole being instead of a soul bound to a doll.

The Essence: The Energy that Josquin uses to conjure spells flows out of his broken mask endlessly, appearing to be a fluid/gas. This energy is known as essence. It is said that essence is made up of souls that Nello beings consume.
