x1 x10 seems to affect click based resource gains
Its so. I dont like too much click mechanics (at the end, provokes people using autoclickers) and really to get the second phase of game (faith) you have to do at least 3-4 jubile/retire (around 100 treasures).

Only the oak achievements seem to stay unlocked. This allows the player to keep gaining 1% bonuses for doing the same combo over and over.

You shouldn't have lost any truth. If you lost truth, that's a different problem - most likely you lost your save game.
