Which is better for first day? Maxing launcher stats or maxing left/right rocket & fuel tank? I did a short study, (40 trials, 20 with ht2wd2bd1, 20 with lr2, ft1, ht1). Removing 5 outliers (3 x zero scores, 2 x scores > 2,500), the second strategy proved significantly better (M1=89.45, M2=384.33, t=2.54, p=0.018). However, both high outliers were in the first strategy, so perhaps this would be better for a "hard badge" run, with second strategy better for general play.
I guess if you're a beginning programmer, then OK, fine, good job. Prob not best to release it somewhere like Kongregate though, where people's expectations are pretty high. I'd expect to see each new game add something new to the idea of tower defence, this just recycles a few old ones with very basic graphics. Feels a bit 'old skool' I guess, but found it quite laggy. Keep at it, TD fans often look for levels of complexity!
Awesome game, loving it. Just can't complete level 10!!! Takes me about 5 attempts to get to it even... but at least I'm getting a few strikes, like one every three games or so. Final badge seems impossible!
