It ties back to all the other stories, even though it doesn't appear so at the beginning :) You get to visit many different nations of Nebezem that have featured in the previous games.
still hoping for a sequel featuring the girls more prominently. in the meantime i suppose this will tide me over! one note is that the tetris puzzle was a bit confusing since you can't see from the perspective of gnome 1 that there are four rows, not three. otherwise loved it!
reminds me of the loops of zen games, but with a compliment and a little picture every time you finish a level. the difference is that each picture was made by hand instead of procedurally generated, but i don't know if it was worth it considering how simple the outlines are compared to what they mimic. still, 5/5
Fun at first, but if you know anything about circuitry (or are just good at solving puzzles) it gets old quickly and might as well not include a player character or the videos at all.
I'm hoping the full version of the game will offer more depth in this regard - though if you know much about circuits, you will always find the initial stages a bit easy as the game needs to be playable by people with no knowledge of them.
oh my god. I'm usually able to push through bad games for the badges, but this was just too infuriating. the last two levels were impossible without a walkthrough.
