I have a glitch where movement gets stuck and I keep moving in one direction. Does anyone know an immediate fix for that? Sometimes it stops, but one time I was supposed to defend a tower and I couldn't get to it and everyone therein died a horrific death... hahaha. But seriously.
We know when a game is good and what it's worth, it's our skill set. Let me figure your product out without you reminding me 24/7 you want money for it. It's upsetting and personally I find it disgusting. Utterly atrocious. And it's not just you, it's the entire trend. I know no one on Kong appreciates it. Until you understand that, and can conduct flash business responsibly, stay the hell off of our site. Pass it along to the rest of these flash vagabonds.
Then, once we know what it's about, put out a sequel or an expansion, charge 5 (or whatever) and let it be. I've paid for flash games before. Hell, I would pay cash right now for continuations to a few of my favs. Sonny, Rebuild, a new Monster's Den. I've supported Berzerk Studios for quite some time. I've got Kingdom Rush Frontiers on my phone. That's because these are developers who proved their worth, let me figure them out and when they finally asked for something in return, it was a reasonable expectation that didn't drain my pockets. And best of all, the amount was finite. And now they're reputable devs that this community trusts who I hope are earning what they deserve. I'm sorry, but you don't deserve what you're charging, in fact you don't deserve anything at all and to veteran gamers, flash or otherwise, it's a huge turn off.
I could dump 40 into this game right now, and not only would it not cease this compulsive flash begging, it wouldn't provide any extra enjoyment or a guarantee on the game's quality. I wouldn't pay it unless it immediately beat the game... which would defeat the point of paying in the first place. You haven't dotted the I's nor have you crossed the t's. The game's still bugged and we still have complaints. What in the world do you think you created to honestly believe that you're entitled to charge us for skill points, inventory space and worst of all, chests that we've found through our invested time? It makes no sense, it ruins an otherwise decent game. You clearly spent time putting this together, and I appreciate that. But if you want to make money, put something out that I can enjoy and endorse.
Look, I'm all about supporting the developer, especially when their work has genuine potential... but this is ridiculous. No one, and I do mean no one, likes a compulsively capitalistic flash game. No one wants to be bothered for real money on a consistent basis. No one likes flash begging. It's obnoxious and personally I find it extremely presumptuous. Here's why: I could pay 40 dollars right now for Skyrim Legendary Edition (simply an example, I'm a big fan of the Elder Scrolls) right now. A tried and true game that developers have spent endless hours improving time and time again... and this package would include expansion packs as well. Now obviously it makes no sense to compare your game to Skyrim, but my point is this... Once I pay that, the transaction is over. The developer and I have nothing more to speak about. They have what they want and now I'm left alone to enjoy their work. What's more, I know I've got a good product that I won't regret having paid 40 dollars for.
Well, it would seem that the flying dutchman has proved that gingers do indeed have souls... Souls that allow supernatural entities to captain invulnerable ships capable of mass destruction.
For all intents and purposes, an archer with poison arrows is just an archer with 3 more damage. Perhaps they should have a different level up ability. They could have a pierce ability or maybe you could swap it with the heroes critical damage. That way we can choose who we apply the poison too.
Gold on the final wave never truly serves a purpose. Assuming you're willing to switch out of your weapon for long enough to place them, the better, and therefore more purposefully traps, take too long to build. I always have a surplus of gold towards the end of the level that never sees use. Add more waves to all levels and either 1: allow trap placement during pause or 2: eliminate the build period.
It also bears consideration that if you're an oldschool rpg fan, the greatest reward of grinding hard to max level is to reach the point where you clearly over power any and all foes save for the FEW who pose a fair, but conquerable challenge. It sucks to put mad time into developing your favorite characters only to run into the Soul Harvester/Deutheun/Harvested Soul/Your own teammate frail soul infernal flame combo. It's beatable... sure. But at the cost multiple quick retreat, resurrection till you get lucky. Anyway, please address this issue. This game is far too good to let something like this hold it back.
The scaling of the dungeon needs to be tweaked, the scaling of items needs to increase drastically, or the development of the heroes needs to experience a significant overhaul. Once you're at a point where the monsters damage, health, and armor are either comparable to yours or much higher than yours, there's a cap on how much strategy one can employ to overcome it. If the monsters have more health, greater numbers, can deal either just as much or more damage with a wider ray of abilities that can affect all members of your party, the game becomes a little less fun. Don't get it twisted... I LOVE this game, but for future installments, the scaling needs to be a little more reasonable for the game to remain just as fun for the later levels.
I feel like you didn't test the time restraint on this game. Logically, one level that has more enemies and more towers can never be completed as fast as one with fewer. Why is the perfect rating the same for so many levels which are nowhere near comparable in difficulty? Beyond that, the time it takes alone just to completely capture AND rebuild a tower means that in order to get perfect as you continue the story, you have to stop rebuilding them all together. Then you're stuck getting new units from your original stronghold, then your gold plunges into farms for supply points, then there's fewer spaces for mines and obelisks, then... So on and so forth, until the fabric of a uniquely intriguing game is almost completely ruined. Do not "fix" the time constraint. Get rid of it.
I could rave for days about this game. It was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect mix of fun, challenge and accessibility. Not only that, but it's visual character and simple, yet fun story adds a certain je ne sais quoi. You sir ought to be receive the highest of commendations. I look forward to great work from you in the future. Bravo!
Medic has greatest dps. Get range as high as possible. Then press D and S in quick succession. The result is an overpowered machine gun blast that mows down the enemy. Of course, stick to your preferred play style, but it's fun to try.
Ha-ha, right! Great comment!
