This game is terrible! There is no description on any of the skills. What does strength do? What about endurance? Oh, and once you have fully upgraded a character have fun guessing what skill you are picking, because, much with the standard of this game, there is no description. It is sad when the best outline for your game comes from the comments of poor souls who have already spent hours figuring out what YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD US!!! Please people, don't give a good review for such garbage... You are all worth more than this.
I know it has been said a lot in these comments, but when you add a concept like 'Energy' you make it so that I CAN'T play. It doesn't matter if I WANT to play or not. You are not adding to the gaming experience... You are taking away from it.
I didn't like this game at all.
It is super complicated, the battle system is not enjoyable, there are pits and edges of the world that you can fall off of. And to top it off, all of your upgrades are completely worthless.
The only thing that was fun in this game was the trading system within the market. But, you went ahead a ruined that by making it far more complicated than it needed to be by forcing me to move things in and out of my cargo.
Why go so far out of your way to make EVERY aspect of this game so much more complicated than it needed to be? I can think of no other game that seemed so desperate to add more, more, more! Even going so far as to lose sight of what the goal of the game should be... Fun.
I will give this a fair rating since it obviously took a lot of time. But it is just plain not fun at all.
I really liked the fact that by the time you have upgraded all the way, you are just Godly! I don't like it in a game when I put the time, effort and money into upgrading, but still struggle in the end... If that's the case, then why did I upgrade it all? Why not just go for the win as soon as possible. Plus YOU are the one who gets to detonate the E.M.P. Not just a cinematic. That is a Huge plus.
There are a few things that need to be added to this game to make it great. 1) A floor indicator. 2) A Hotkey to open the inventory. 3) Better multi-tasking, let me fight 1 guy and cast on another without running to hit him too. 4) Why give me stat-less rings? Why not just give me Mana Pearls and save me the time. 5) Why give me Mana Pearls?!? Its not like I can do anything with them!!! 6) Maybe a small idea of how to earn some of the titles, like a row based on kills... Or do you just get a random one every death? 7) Show me a number on my spells, so I can see how my int is affecting them, and judge how much I need. 8) Make the Hole that advances you to the next floor a Door. So when a knight charges me, I don't have to fall in... All in all, it just needs to be more user friendly. Thumb up if you agree!
Hey Nerdook, Another great game! A few things that I would like to see added. 1) Tutorials Optional. 2) A way to get more money. Not in the beginning, since that may damage the gameplay, but towards level 10 or so. I buy up everything and maximize my income, but I still feel like it's lacking. Even though I have beaten the game before day26, I have never been able to upgrade my warriors by then. 3) It would be nice if you could choose to have warrior(s) sit out a day. This would allow your fallen warriors, or a warrior you like most (say a rogue) to catch up, instead of all the monster (XP) being taken by your mid level warriors. Lastly, on crawl mode, I wish that the chests would not replace a random item. I understand why it has to replace one at all, but I feel that the player should be allowed to chose what slot is replaced. If You all agree with me, please rate + so Nerdook can see this.
In any defense game there are a few things that you should do to help make the game play better. 1) allow the players to advance the waves. Or at least give more time between the waves... first wave need like 20-30 seconds. 2) Don't allow every enemy to fire back, set some that can fire and some that are there to help the players gain funds. Or if you do allow them all to fire back, you need to give the play a lot more money so that we can set up a "Defense" Not just ONE tower. 3) You should let the players choose where to put their towers. The placement you have is not what I would want to do, so it takes the freedom out of the game. 4) menu's need to be very users friendly, when you lose there isn't even a button to play again? I had to reload the pages. In game menus should have the ability to restart level.
It looks like a good starts though. make it better so we can all have fun.
Great game. Great Artwork. I love that when you find the difference the picture changes to match what real artwork was intended to look like. It would be nice at the end to be able to see a gallery of all the pictures in the game. A well deserved 5 out of 5. I would like to see some other games like this. I really enjoy creepy games. I would love to see some Halloween themes, Zombies or Ghosts.
I really like this TD game. However, the time between rounds is WAY to long. I like that you are giving information on the next round, but that should just be on a side bar. You should add a "Toggle Continuous Rounds" Button. This will Allow the players to rapidly go through rounds if they want, or take off the toggle and have to hit start for the next round if they want. Great Game though.
This game is alright, I like the look of it. However, the controls need work. You can not press Down and any other direction at the same time or your ship just stops moving. In a game that is 90% maneuvering and 10% shooting, the controls need to be smooth and effective. If you wish to make this game Great, add the ability to upgrade your ship and weapons systems. + This if you agree.
This is an alright game. There are a few things that you can do that would make this a better game. Add a Menu button, so people can restart, or return to main menu. Add a Toggle Speed Button. Although I really enjoy what you've done with the trees (having them move each game), whats the point if you can just build over them? The round with Air attacks needs some work, it is too random... The Grenade tower is not very powerful, so it makes more sense to just built and upgrade a lot more Hunting Towers for both Ground and Air.
This game seems to have a lot of potential. There are a few things I think you should change if you wanted to make it a great game. 1) make things a bit bigger. You have a to have a precision gaming mouse just to make any head shots because everything is so small. 2) Make it so your bullets will shoot past your cursor. This will allow a much better experience for those guns that you have to click over and over. I don't know what kind of cheap bullets this guy is using, but when under attack they are stopping in mid air? No good. 3) for some reason when the Zombies are attacking your house, their arms are in the air and you can shoot the arms... that would be fine, but they see to have tons of life in the arms. so you can be shooting the same Zombie for 2 minuets trying to get a head shot. Solution: make limbs removable! Or at least the arms. this will allow the defender a better chance at that wonderful Head Shot. Please keep the music and feel of this game, I love them!
Great game. I am really impressed. FYI pressing R to restart is faster then blowing up when you die. So on those levels where you know what to, do but you are dying a lot (I'm talking about you 22), be ready to hit R.
It is a pretty good Hidden Object game. However, on most levels you can get half of the objects without ever even looking at what you are trying to find by the color differences. Make the hidden objects the same hue as the picture so they can blend together better.
I love TD games, and this was a very fun one. I liked the upgrades that are available. However; I have never played a TD game that had a upgrade system that was such a pain to use... Suggestion: Put the entire upgrade page on the side of the game. That way the players do not have to bring up a screen every single upgrade. If you are like me, then you like your TD games Fast, that means me having to open that screen A Lot, it just becomes annoying. Also, allowing the player to start/pause the round at the touch of button (space bar is always a great choice, and in this game the fact that it is not used to cancel towers makes it perfect) is such a nice feature. Add these 2 features in, and I will give a 5/5.
This game has many things I don't like about it. Just to name 1, the fact that the flying bugs take some bizarre route... So the first time I play it just made all my AA towers ( 3 out of 5 of my towers were Air/Ground ) Worthless... Nice, I gave it 2 stars only because it does look good with a good amount of creativity .
