Exp is still a pain to get but I think I have found the best way to gain exp: max out attack then get a water chainsaw, it kills the golmech in 4 hits and you can gain a lot of exp but I still need a lot more so I can finish the quest to use 500 upgrade points.
if anyone is wondering about the update, there is a new feature! in options click "gameplay options" you can turn on/off auto eat stamina and health food! I really hope for more settings in this menu!
Silvershot2k10 either mine down for more spirit gems or use the wyrm cave; in the wyrm cave some of the "doors" lead to rooms with a wyrm queen that can be killed for 2 spirit gems and 2 dragonblood. Also you can farm dragonblood there, hope this helps! :)
There will continue to be minor updates for the free version periodically, but the major updates at this point will all be for the Early Access version, which should release in July.
This game is great! It’s missing one thing though... THE SPEED POTIONS ARE TOO FASTTTTTT! Maybe add a way to lower speed if you want? I can imagine someone regretting maxing out speed then having to restart.
This is actually on my TODO list - a way to adjust your speed (from start to current upgrade) if you need to go slower after upgrading. And a mobile version is possible - it'd just require some UI adjustments.
WOW! Great concept! It needs a lot of work though. You obviously are not an experienced game designer, but I bet if a good game designer created a game based around this concept, it could be AMAZING! Keep creating ideas like this and you might inspire someone to make a super good game! :)
