My experience with them so far is this: they have a snot-nosed kid with a little man complex as the “SpicyHorse” profile manager on Kong and you can not contact them through the support channels they provide on their own website. Not to mention, if you read the Spicy Horse comments, he even goes far enough to insult his potential customers rather then try to fix/understand the problem.
