v3gasninja, better houses increase the amount of experience your wife gets when you gift her a bunch of flowers. Since the wife can do some pretty useful things, I'd say that enabling her level-ups is pretty good for the cost.
I'd personally prefer no reset, or a way to opt out of the scoreboard system (like what is present in Anti-Idle) that would let you avoid the reset. I don't really care about being ranked against other people, I care about my fun and part of that comes from my progress.
If you go and play Guild Dungeons I, it actually has significantly better balance in my experience. You can get more of each building and the documentation of everything, while still not good, is at least enough.
This game is not so awesome. Doesn't give enough incentive for the sidequests, or motivation for the main quest. Pretty carpal tunnel inducing. Everything is palette swaps. This game really could have been shorter without losing much. As is, this game is a wrist destroying marathon.
Got a lucky win over someone in PVP and went up 50 honor levels at once. Bug, or typical? Also, hearing 50 of those level up hammer sounds in a row is awful.
