I feel like this game has so much potential for a longer, more interesting adventure, but it is held back by a few issues. The lack of instructions make a few moments unintuitive, the hit boxes sometimes feel off, and the graphics have a few nice details but could stand to be smoother and more complex. The music is probably the best part. Some of the uses for the swapping mechanic and how each character can be utilized, however, lend for a few good moments of strategizing and puzzle-solving, and there are a lot of ways where they could be used to create complex puzzles, and even moments where players could use different strategies with different characters to overcome a challenge. If you put more into the polish and content, you could have a really nice game. :3
Built up to 22 clicks before eventually ending with a score of 44,200. Always interesting to think "hey, I can make a match here," and then be surprised when half the board lights up. Would be curious to see others' scores on a leaderboard.
I'm sorry so many people seem to be having so much trouble with the morale system, especially with the whole "three steps from the winning border" thing. I'm not really sure why they're having so much trouble, whether it's something in the programming or the way they're playing. Myself, I had five victories through morale, four through conquer, and no losses, so I don't know where this problem's coming from.
Great game! Have you considered Xbox Live Arcade? Include some of the suggestions in the highest rated comments, and expand the content into a longer game, and I would gladly pay money for something like this.
