Hello, comrades. My name is Mikhail Ilyich Surkov. I was famous sniper in World War II. I have body switched with parrot after joining KGB. I perform many many classified operations in KGB for many many years. I do things only highly trained parrot can do for Soviet Union. I cannot speak of these things to you, but now I live in United States America, killing people for money, transporting drugs, whatever people pay me to do after they calm down about whole talking parrot thing.
