Well we've got text flying over the spikes, an inconsistent treadmill that will sometimes read 19 but barely move your dino, and that's not even covering the chance of outright being given a wind/treadmill combo that makes it impossible to progress. It would be much better if there were chances (rare of course) to slow down the treadmill or the spikes or at least earn extra lives.
The only real problems I have is that after any power-up or rush ride you tend to get dropped off pretty randomly and often times onto totally unavoidable mobs. Aside from that, I'd say the meteors are a tad annoying. The end bonus is entirely luck based and giving the pretense that it's not and how good or bad you play that part has an effect (which it doesn't because you're flying blind) just makes that part tedious. Other than that the game is actually oretty darn good.
