Ok so its much easier if you maxed up your fuel, ramp upgrades, and the following bonus items( the boosters, the fuel tank, and the gravity reduction object, you also might need the distance calculator). alright so you have to have the bobsleigh, ultra-light aircraft, and the cruise missile booster. Alright so after going to the back of the ramp activate the cruise missile booster and after ending up empty you shoulb be up to 890 feet, after that try to glide to plain until your speed is at least 304 mph, just wait a minute, and have extreme luck you should have it.
