Coward - turn around and leave immediately.
Trouble avoider - turn around and leave without speaking to anyone except the grey man.
Balanced - talk to at least one person of each tribe then leave.
Worker - talk to a few people from one tribe, but not the other, then leave.
Green/Red mindless - ???
Green/Red biased - ???
For the Red/Green - acquire sword, get killed by opposing tribe.
Last minute - leave after acquiring a sword but before killing any of the opposing tribe.
Somehow late - I'm guessing you get this by killing all of one tribe and then leaving but I haven't managed it yet because this game has a skill component.
@BobSmithIV: The fact that belts have to go under hats, etc, makes the game more interesting and makes you think more about the order to do things in. I agree that a button to remove all items would be nice though.
90 0 0 for a square, 60 for a hexagon, 120 for a triangle, 72 for a pentagon...and 1 0 0 for a (slow) circle. Actually, it's a regular 360-agon, but oh well...close enough.
