Suggestion: Decrease cooldown time of skills by increasing level of the hereos. Of course with some limits. For example: If you have 15 min cooldown, after certain level it decreases to like 7.5 min or 10 min cooldown or if 30 min, decrease till 15min or something like that. You got a point, I guess. :)
