For lvl 19 dip is in the flower and water it once. take the helmet and water it two more times. put the helmet back and dip it in the grass and water it. Hope it helps :D

For lvl 18 dip it in green then take the helmet then dip it in red. put the helmet back and take the ear phone. Then dip it in yellow and put the ear phone back. take the helmet then the ear phone and dip it in blue Hope it helps :D
