Yes.healers are difficult especially when doubled. There are specific towers and/or magics for them.I had some magic(name?)that rained out of the sky three times and did the trick.
This game is available from the windows store but it freezes up and gets crashed alot....I do not reccomend using firefox for anything,it has viruses.
How is it that I can stand next to a guard and not be noticed...and is this whole game just about dodging guards and repeating actions with them until I get bored of walking through hallways filled with them?UGH!
Oh...try not to upgrade a position when the enemy, especially vehicles are near...this resets the attack timer and allows the enemy to pass unhindered.Sheesh!
There is another game like this with a pirate theme that includes traps, although I cannot remember the name,it is in the Kongregate library. It runs into speed problems late in the game when it tries to animate too many items.
This game loads and runs fine with windows x except it will not save it's progress.Stay away from firefox-it is contaminated with adware.
First turn, sent 2 ships to cuba-lost them both in a storm...next turn, sent ship to cuba-lost it on a reef...um,how am I going to expand my empire at this rate?(don't suggest another destination besides cuba either...)
Simple is putting it mildly...such is the strategy-fight/run...the formula-if you subtract your points from your opponents and the result is <1,run.Beyond the cat , some similar messages and the phallic art used in EBF4,this is as far from strategy/rpg as one can get.
3 character classes with 80 points each plus my main character...3 to 4 attacks per round versus 9 spiders with 30 points and one with 90 and up to 10 attacks per round...time till defeat 3:40.I will have to wait another 24 hours or more to replenish my ranks to the previous level.Meanwhile,I need another 2798 credits to get a "building permit"in order to advance my town...what the hell does a necromancer need permission for?Can you imagine an evil entity standing in line at a government office in order to pick up the proper forms?Who wrote this story...an accountant?I wouldn't buy this for a dollar at a thrift store!
I have to agree with the other detractors of this game.It was very promising at the start, but I've spent too much time at my current level, the thrill is gone...I wait half a day for enough troops to materialise, only to see them all struck down in 10 minutes...and then another long-ass wait to play for a short time. The "stack" system of deployment sucks...your'e not moving troops, you are moving one character that represents many,-lives-whatever.I have no interest in exposing my credit info to this unknown entity or Kongregate for that matter,in order to purchase what is obviously necessary to continue game play...and it's repetitiveness.
I went through the entire game recently and never used the 'save game"option in settings,so I bought a small potion and it was there when I logged back in after using SG...all I can suggest is that you check your browser's security settings.Don't give up!
Ntinyari, just wondering, did you "log out"in the caves or possibly in the town? You have to re-enter the cave and choose a floor level for auto-save to activate.
The last, and only time I used firefox, my sistem was infiltrated with adware that tried to disguise itself as system updates...except that they were all about 212kb long('add'resses and product links)...never EVER again.
"We have tweak pvp battle so its not take forever anymore"What is this?,sounds like some Nigerian scam text..."you cash check, mail to us cash ,i sended you payment...gow now you taxt me when cashead"
