@Phoenix8640, there is a built in pause, everytime you open an upgrade screen it pauses the days that go by till next tournaments/matches. Just open that if you have to go somewhere or use the restroom;p
So many people complain about the p2w aspect of this game, it's all about the gear. If you have the best pvp set for your level area, you can easily beat someone who has wings and clothes if they don't have a single piece of it. (for example the 35 set, you kill everyone). It's just a matter of knowing how to gear yourself.
