It's like a 5% chance to get the rarest heroes when you recruit at the tavern. I hired 30 times with 1500 gold ( a total of 45000) to get one rare and every time I win some gems and spend them on tavern, I get the most common one. :/ Sadly
For people that the game don't loads well, you must try to 1-Delete Cookies(If you are a total beginner in computer then search on the web) 2- Use another browser ;)
Some suggestions:--1--People can get epic(3 star) heroes with coins.--2--Campaigns must be more easier and win more gold.--3--REMOVE OVER TRAINING --4--Make the offers more cheap, more people will buy and you'll win more money(I'm just saying,because I'm only 15 and my parents won't let me use their credit card anyway :P) Please give a + so the developer can see this. Wow, IDK how but I almost lost all my progress (not much really). I opened the game after Idle mode and all my progress was gone, to be sure I refreshed the page and my progress was here again. Anyway, nice game and keep that good work 5/5 ;)
I think this game should get some badges, like Easy -> Play for 3 days, Medium -> Hatch your first Hive, Hard -> Complete all achievements. Click "+" if you think like me. But anyway, nice game 5/5 ;)
