Why are the efficiencies of some spells reduced as you upgrade them? For instance, fireball level 1 has a value of 30% magic damage per mp spent, level 2 has 29.16% per mp spent. It's more efficient to just spam the lower level spell... Is this intentional? The same is true for heal.
