if you look carefully when looking in the fuse box at the note, you can see 4 fuses already in the box, even if you havent put any in yet

OK Everyone confused about the fourth piece, DO NOT put the spoon on the generator before going to the teleporter to get fourth piece. You must have all the green lights on on the teleporter before putting spoon on the stop energy flow
